CloudTax Launches $0 Pay What You Want T2 Nil Return Filing

CloudTax announced the launch of a CRA-certified DIY T2 nil return filing solution, allowing eligible Canadian corporations with no revenue or startup expenses to file their corporate tax return using a Pay What You Want model, including $0.
The launch addresses a growing compliance gap created by mandatory electronic filing requirements that apply even when a corporation has no business activity.

CloudTax’s DIY T2 nil return solution is designed for Canadian corporations with no revenue, no operating activity, or early-stage startup expenses that are still legally required to file a T2 corporate tax return.
The platform is fully CRA certified, supports mandatory electronic filing, and allows eligible corporations to choose what they pay, including $0, while remaining compliant.
Corporations with revenue, payroll, investments, or complex structures are directed to CloudTax’s paid DIY or Done For You corporate tax filing options.
The DIY T2 nil return solution is available to eligible corporations outside of Quebec.
